Acts as a current-limiting element below normal operation; opens like a fuse to protect downstream circuits during overload or short-circuit. Available in 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 7A, 10A, 15A, 20A, 30A and 40A — 10 ratings to meet different protection requirements.
Fast-acting (2F) + time-delay (2T) options
Available with 2F fast-acting characteristics (for transient short-circuit protection) and 2T time-delay characteristics (delayed type, withstands inrush surges without nuisance opening); choose based on protection scenario per the I–T characteristic curves.
Strict 3-step pin mechanical test — robust and reliable
three pre-shipment tests are performed: ① Tensile test — apply a 10N axial pull on the lead while the body is fixed for 1 minute; ② Push test — apply a 2N axial push on the lead for 1 minute; ③ Bend test — bend the lead 90° once at ~2 mm from the cap and apply a 5N pull. Leads must show no loosening or damage.
