1. What we do
Semantic HTML headings, landmarks and lists; descriptive link text; alternative text on every product photo; skip-to-content link on every page; keyboard navigation throughout (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Esc, Arrow keys); focus indicators on all interactive elements; color contrast ratios ≥ 4.5:1 for normal text and ≥ 3:1 for large text and graphical UI; full RTL support for the Arabic locale; resizable text without horizontal scrolling up to 200%.
2. Known limitations
Some PDF datasheets predate our accessibility audit and have low-contrast diagrams or unstructured tables — request an accessible version via email. Embedded Google Maps on the contact page loads only after user click, but the underlying iframe inherits Google's accessibility level rather than our own. We are working with our 3D-model viewer vendor to add keyboard rotation controls; expected delivery Q4 2026.
3. Report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier — broken keyboard focus, screen-reader confusion, missing alt text, low contrast, etc. — please email info@resistor-factory.cn with the URL, your assistive technology and a short description. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to remediate verified issues within 30 days. Feedback in any of our 7 languages is welcome.
4. Standards & compliance status
This statement was prepared on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by the Hongyi web team using the WAVE, axe DevTools and Lighthouse accessibility tools, against WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549. The website is partially compliant — known limitations are listed in Section 2. The next external audit by an independent specialist is scheduled for Q1 2027.
